The gallery is currently working with a collector to acquire paintings by the Brazilian urban artist duo, Os Gemoes as well as originals by KAWS. We have purchased a number of works and are keen to buy others. We would be interested to hear from anyone who is thinking of selling.

Over the past fifteen years, The gallery has worked on an occasional basis with John Virtue, one of the UK's most distinguished painters. We have sold a number of important pictures, including a large London panorama from his landmark exhibition at the National Gallery, London in 2005. We have now received a group of small acrylic works which will form one of our first gallery online only exhibitions. Introducing is where visitors can explore and collect works from curated shows by artists that we work closely with, as well as special collaborations with invited guests. The emphasis is on championing small-scale work at affordable prices.

Kendra Haste is currently working on a commission of a young bear destined for an estate in the South of England. She is also included in a new book to be published shortly by Aurorametro. 50 Women Sculptors has an introduction by Joanna Sperryn-Jones and is an overview of contemporary female sculptors including Louis Bourgeois, Maggie Hambling, Phyllida Barlow, Doris Salcedo and Yayoi Kasuma, as well as significant other artists from the past.

Hock-Aun Teh’s three month solo show ‘Childhood Memories’ at the National Art Gallery of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur in 2019 was enormousely well received with a major triptych painting finding its way into the permanent collection of this national institution. A graduate of Glasgow School of Art and now living in Glasgow, Teh is a son of Malaysia having been born in Taiping. He uses the stories, events and happenings from his early life to inform the highly expressive and colourful works in this show. The exhibition catalogue includes an essay by Julian Spalding, ex-director, Glasgow Museums.
